The construction process began with extensive site analysis and planning. Ubud’s unique landscape and cultural heritage were key factors in our design approach. Our architects and engineers worked closely with local experts to ensure that the villas would blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings while respecting Bali’s traditional design elements.

The foundation of any structure is crucial for its durability, and we approached this stage with precision. Given the tropical environment and the varied terrain in Ubud, a robust and adaptable foundation was essential.

• Concrete Slab: Once the piles were installed, we poured reinforced concrete slabs for each villa, creating a solid base for the structure above.
